These terms govern your use of Goldroom Start Free, provided by Goldroom, a brand of Aspire Digital Group (“we”, “us”). By signing up you agree to these terms.
Goldroom Start Free is a free tier that may include a Brand Health Score, Sentiment Score, a monthly report and a number of branded short links. Features are provided on an “as is” basis and may change, pause or be withdrawn over time. Activation is completed by our team, typically within 1–2 business days of sign-up.
You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for the business you register. You’re responsible for activity carried out under your account and for keeping your contact details current.
The Start Free tier is provided at no cost. We’ll always tell you before any paid feature applies, and no payment details are required to use Start Free.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
