This notice explains how Goldroom (“we”, “us”), a brand of Aspire Digital Group, collects and handles your personal information when you sign up for Goldroom Start Free. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
When you complete the sign-up form we collect: your name, business name, industry, work email, phone number, optional website and social media links, the services you’re interested in, and your consent and marketing preferences. We also record technical metadata (IP address, browser user-agent and referring page) for security and fraud prevention.
Your information is stored in secured databases hosted on infrastructure operated for Aspire Digital Group. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and operational obligations.
This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the page (for example heatmaps and session replays of clicks, scrolling and form interaction; Clarity masks the text you type into form fields by default). Clarity sets cookies and similar identifiers; see Microsoft's privacy statement. We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic measurement. Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers (for example, email delivery and hosting providers) only to operate the service, and where required by law. Some of these providers (including Twilio SendGrid for email delivery, Microsoft for analytics and Google for fonts and analytics) process data on servers located overseas, including in the United States.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Under the Privacy Act you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. To make a request or raise a privacy concern, contact us at hello@goldroom.io. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information or a privacy request, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
