This notice explains how Goldroom (“we”, “us”), a brand of Aspire Digital Group, collects and handles your personal information when you sign up for Goldroom Start Free. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

When you complete the sign-up form we collect: your name, business name, industry, work email, phone number, optional website and social media links, the services you’re interested in, and your consent and marketing preferences. We also record technical metadata (IP address, browser user-agent and referring page) for security and fraud prevention.

Why we collect it

To set up and deliver your Goldroom Start Free account (Brand Health Score, Sentiment Score, monthly report and branded short links);
To contact you about activating and supporting your account;
To send your monthly report and product updates, where you have opted in;
To protect the service against spam and misuse.

How we store and protect it

Your information is stored in secured databases hosted on infrastructure operated for Aspire Digital Group. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and operational obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers (for example, email delivery and hosting providers) only to operate the service, and where required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Under the Privacy Act you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. To make a request or raise a privacy concern, contact us at hello@goldroom.io.
